蛋白质分解供能的实质是某些氨基酸(主要是支链氨基酸)氧化供能。“副油箱”运动营养制剂以三种支链氨基酸(亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸)为主要成分,为耐力性项目运动员提供储备能源。经运动员服用实验证实,“副油箱”运动营养制剂能明显地改善心肺功能,减少乳酸积累和加快乳酸代谢,维持血浆氨基酸代谢平衡,增强肌肉力量,提高肌肉做功能力。  相似文献   

Fatigue increases ankle sprain risk in badminton players: A biomechanical study

ABSTRACT

Ankle sprains are the most common injury in regular badminton players and usually occur at the end of a match or training. The purpose of the present study was to examine the influence of fatigue produced by badminton practice on the lower limb biomechanics of badminton players. It was hypothesized that fatigue induces ankle kinematic and lower leg muscle activity changes which may increase the risk of ankle sprain. Ankle kinematics, ankle kinetics and muscles activities of 17 regular badminton players were recorded during lateral jumps before and after an intense badminton practice session. Post-fatigue, ankle inversion at foot strike and peak ankle inversion increased (+2.6°, p = 0.003 and +2.5°, p = 0.005, respectively). EMG pre-activation within 100 ms before foot landing significantly decreased after fatigue for soleus (?23.4%, p = 0.031), gastrocnemius lateralis (?12.2%, p = 0.035), gastrocnemius medialis (?23.3%, p = 0.047) and peroneus brevis (?17.4%, p = 0.036). These results demonstrate impaired biomechanics of badminton players when fatigue increases, which may cause a greater risk of experiencing an ankle sprain injury.  相似文献   

Influence of sex and limb dominance on lower extremity joint mechanics during unilateral land-and-cut manoeuvres

Limb dominance theory suggests that females tend to be more one-leg dominant and exhibit greater kinematic and kinetic leg asymmetries than their male counterparts, contributing to the increased risk of anterior cruciate ligament injury among female athletes. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine the influences of sex and limb dominance on lower extremity joint mechanics during unilateral land-and-cut manoeuvres. Twenty-one women and 21 men completed land-and-cut manoeuvres on their dominant limb as well as their nondominant limb. Three-dimensional kinematics and kinetics were calculated bilaterally for the entire stance phase of the manoeuvre. Women performed land-and-cut manoeuvres with altered hip motions and loads as well as greater knee abduction at touchdown compared to men. Dominant limb land-and-cut manoeuvres where characterised by decreased hip flexion at touchdown as well as decreased hip flexion and adduction range of motion compared to nondominant land-and-cuts regardless of sex. The observed sex differences are consistent with previous research regarding mechanisms underlying the sex disparity in anterior cruciate ligament injury rates. However, observed differences regarding limb dominances appear somewhat arbitrary and did not suggest that the dominant or nondominant limb would be at increased risk of anterior cruciate ligament injury.  相似文献

中国古代诗歌在语言构成上的一个重要特点是横向延展,而不同于散文和西方诗歌常见的纵向线性延伸。这使得诗歌语言成为一种＂面＂型语言,这种特点之所以在中国古代诗歌中表现得最为典型,根本的原因在于汉语是最不重视句子的关系框架的＂流块语言＂;同时也与古代诗歌的题材有一定关系——模山范水客观上要求语言的横向延展,近体诗与山水诗实乃异名同体。＂面＂型语言的进一步发展,就形成为一种气化的语义场,成为＂场＂型语言。  相似文献   

国产气垫夹板治疗踝关节损伤的临床观察

运用国产气垫夹板对37例急性踝关节损伤进行了治疗效果的观察和分析。结果证实:国产气垫夹板对踝关节扭伤后所致的韧带损伤和稳定性骨折均有明显的治疗作用;踝关节气垫夹板固定时间相对较短,韧带拉伤平均18天,稳定性骨折平均31天;国产气垫夹板限制踝关节内翻和外翻,但不影响踝关节的背伸和跖屈运动,患者可进行早期关节活动。  相似文献

目的:总结了关节镜下6股髌韧带重建前交叉韧带术的手术配合要点。方法:对38例关节镜下6股髌韧带重建前交叉韧带术手术患者给予充分术前准备,巡回护士术中严密观察病情变化,正确使用气压止血带和各种关节镜精密仪器,器械护士积极主动配合手术步骤。结果:手术配合默契,无并发症发生,伤口一期愈合,膝关节功能恢复良好。结论:高度重视术前准备,术中合理有效的护理措施,科学熟练的手术配合是保证手术成功的关键。  相似文献
